Your Responsibilities:
Key Areas of responsibility include being the Americas regional pricing and asset expert for your assigned Product lines.
You will implement an overall pricing strategy to reach assigned targets while interfacing with the Sales Teams, our Quote Center and your assigned product lines.
You will support financial goals of Revenue, Income from Operations and Margins/mix objectives.
You will help drive product positioning in the market and Support market share growth. You will assist in NPIs and demand ramps up/down.
The Commercial Marketing Manager will assist in establishing pricing for global and regional contracts, support customer negotitations and VPAs.
You will have extensive interaction with our Distribution partners and establish Market Price Programs for the channel.
You must have a strong understanding of our competitors and their market positions.
Your Profile:
The Commercial Marketing Manager role requires a minimum of a 4 year degree, preferably in Business or a Technical disipline. The ideal candidate will also have an MBA or equivalent commercial business experience.
The role would require:
- minimum of 5 years industry experience and a working knowledge of the Americas electronics market including knowledge of design in cycles, supply chain activities and the Distribution Channel.
- fluency in English (multi-lingual capabilities are a plus).
- It is expected that this role will travel in the Americas 25% of the time.
The Commercial Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the tactical success of the following product areas:
- Microcontrollers including our ARM and Cortex families.
- Interface Products including I2C, High Speed Interface, Display Port, Real Time Clocks and other emerging technologies
- RF Small Signal products
